Family HQ privacy
Family HQ is a private tool for one family (Kim and Greg Dang). It is not offered to the public.
What it reads
With your permission it reads your Google profile (name and email) to sign you in, and read-only access to your Google Calendar so our schedules can be shown side by side. It never creates, edits or deletes calendar events. If bank accounts are connected through Plaid, it reads account balances and loan or card details (APR, minimum payment) only.
Where it lives
Data is stored in a private database on Cloudflare that only the signed-in family members can reach. Google and bank access tokens are encrypted before they are stored.
Sharing
Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. Google user data is used only to show the family schedule.
Deleting
Disconnect a Google account or remove a bank inside the dashboard at any time and its data is deleted. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
